Good afternoon,

In response to your public records request for any and all documents regarding the 2016 Republican National Convention, an after action report has been put together containing the records requested. The Report is maintained as a physical copy, and therefore we are charging $0.20 per double-sided page. There are 62 pages in the report, making the total cost to be $12.40. In addition, I am sending an electronic copy of the MOU responsive to this request, as it is maintained electronically and there is no charge for it.

In regards to the request for e-mails, we need specific names of employees that work for the Department in order to search for e-mail records.

Upon receipt of payment, the Department will mail the records.
