Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all email communication and documents to/from Governor Rick Scott, Chief of Staff Jackie Schutz Zeckman, Deputy Chief of Staff Brad Piepenbrink specifically regarding the appointments to the Public Service Commission. Terms that can be used in the search are "Jimmy Patronis", "Patronis", "Art Graham", "Graham", "Ronald Brisé", "Brisé", "Gary Clark", "Clark", "Ritch Workman", "Workman", "PSC", "Public Service Commission".

Documents includes all papers, letters, or means of transmission made or received pursuant to law or ordinance or in connection with the transaction of official business by any agency.

The timeframe of this request is limited to June 1, 2017 and September 16, 2017.

I am also requesting copies of the electronic calendars of Governor Rick Scott, Chief of Staff Jackie Schutz Zeckman, Deputy Chief of Staff Brad Piepenbrink between June 1, 2017 and September 16, 2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, this request is not being made for commercial purposes, and the organization I work for, the Energy and Policy Institute, can be classified as a representative of the news media. Additionally, I have accounts with Republic Report and Huffington Post that are used to disseminate information received from public record requests.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
