Hi, Browning. Can I expect to receive records this week?

From: Fordyce, Tim

Good afternoon, Mike:

Our General Counsel’s Office is continuing to work on your request, in good faith. However, we still have not received the new check (made payable to Florida State University, rather than to Browning Brooks as was the original check we received). We will not be able to provide you with the requested records until we have received payment. Just moments ago I checked our mail again, and the check still has not arrived. I am checking our mail daily, and just as soon as I receive your payment, I will take it directly to the GCO so they can finalize your request.

Thanks. Tim

Hi Mike.

A check arrived late this afternoon and I’ve delivered it to our General Counsel’s Office. Please note: The U.S. postmarked date was 3/16/207, and the envelope also had a NY stamp date of 16 MAR ’17. Thanks. Tim

Good afternoon Mike.

We have confirmed that this is still in progress due to the large amount of information involved in fulfilling this request. However, I have been told this afternoon that this should be completed “very, very shortly”. I cannot say exactly when that will be, but it appears that it should be soon.

*I hope this message reaches you, as I’m relying on a past msg. for my contact info. Thanks. Tim

TO THE ATTENTION OF MICHAEL SPIES:

From: Mike Spies

Hi, Browning. Is there supposed to be a link here? The subject line says you put documents in dropbox, but I'm not sure how to access it.

From: Fordyce, Tim

Hi Michael.

The email Browning sent you Friday afternoon should contain a “dropbox.fsu.edu” link in the body of the message that you would click on to download the files. Please advise if that link was not included. I did recheck my email and it is there (I was Cc’d on her msg. to you). Thanks. Tim
