Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
All records concerning JetSmarter and/or XOJet, including its registration materials (initial application, renewal, bonding/surety, etc.), complaint-related materials (original copy of complaints, correspondence with the Department, etc.) and any Department records or correspondence containing the terms "JetSmarter," "XO," or "XOJet."
To help locate materials, these are the Department's records found through its website:
JETSMARTER - Unlicensed business with 1 complaint in 2016
JETSMARTER INC - License # ST40661
XOJET, SALES LLC - License # ST42114
If materials have been destroyed or transferred, then I request any certification the Department uses detailing the destruction, loss or transfer.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
