Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
All internal communications, including memos, emails, text messages between staff, etc. regarding the case of Leo Robert Schofield, for the period of time from 9/6/2002 to the present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In response to your Public Records Request, in accordance with Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, attached is an invoice for the cost of labor to start fulfilling you request. I have already had our IT Department do a query of our e-mail database using the search term Schofield. The query found roughly 360 folders of e-mails which contain the name Schofield. Upon receipt of payment I will search the e-mails inside these folders for records meeting the criteria of your request. Just to confirm, you mentioned that the results found were for the term "Schofield". Can you confirm that these results specifically pertain to Leo Schofield's case?

No, I cannot at this time. As I stated in my e-mail sent on 9/17/18, Upon receipt of payment I will search the e-mails inside these folders for records meeting the criteria of your request. After that is complete you will receive a second invoice for any additional labor fees (if any)and the cost of copies of the e-mails.
