To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Documents created or acquired between May 2016 and the date this request is fulfilled that include:

· The Florida Hyperloop team's Hyperloop route proposal, which was submitted to the Hyperloop One Global Challenge.

· Documents and communications intended to address the commercial viability of the proposed Miami-Orlando Hyperloop route that were exchanged between Florida Hyperloop team leader/Miami-Dade Transit Director Alice Bravo and Hyperloop One after Florida's proposal became a finalist Sept. 14, 2017. As detailed in this Hyperloop One press release (https://hyperloop-one.com/hyperloop-one-announces-10-winners-hyperloop-one-global-challenge), these documents and/or communications should include:
- initial ridership forecasts
- business case
- preliminary technical analysis of the route and corridor
- other elements specific to the Miami-Orlando route.

· Any documents produced as a result of the workshop Hyperloop indicated it would host for the Florida Hyperloop team as one of the challenge's finalists — also mentioned in the press release — if the workshop has happened yet. Otherwise, disregard this point.

· The Florida Hyperloop team's budget for creating the Hyperloop One Global Challenge proposal.

· Potential budget plan(s) for the proposed Miami-Orlando Hyperloop route.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Sincerely,

Paxtyn Merten
