The Department of Corrections is in receipt of an email public records request dated February 6, 2019 directed to the Florida Department of Corrections, Public Records Unit, for Any and all visitation logs, commissary lists, disciplinary infraction records, as well as copies of letters sent and received, and tapes/transcripts of phone calls made and received relating to prisoner Gloria B Williams, inmate number J61414, housed at the Lowell Annex, Lowell Correctional Institution in Ocala, Florida from 06/14/2018 to date.
Please be advised that I have forwarded your request to Leslee Pippin, Assistant Warden of Programs, Lowell Correctional Institution-Annex, and Josh Bush, Office of Inspector General, for review and response. If any records are determined to exist, the custodian/s will provide your office an invoice for production of the records and, upon receipt of payment, the records will be provided in accordance with Chapter 119, Florida Statutes and Sec. 945.10, Florida Statutes. Please be advised that due to volume of requests received by Office of Inspector General, their average response time is 3-5 weeks.

Inmate Williams has not received any disciplinary reports, and Department does not maintain records of letters, canteen sales, or transcripts of phone calls.

Requested sound recordings of inmate Williams' telephone calls are not public record as defined in section 119.011(12), Florida Statutes.
