Geo Group Contracts

Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents related to the contracting of private prison services including the contracts themselves, emails between representatives of the state of Florida and representatives of Geo Group, RFP or RFQs, and resulting bids from such RFPs or RFQs.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
