Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

- Documents referencing the development and design of the Florida Schools Safety Portal (FSSP) and the database that supports it,
- All bids or proposals that reference the FSSP and related database,
- Listings of the specific sources and types of data included in the FSSP and related database,
- Listings of institutions and organizations providing data to the FSSP and related database,
- Listings of specific "critical threat indicators" used to identify students via the FSSP,
- The algorithms and formulas used to identify at-risk or students who will otherwise receive intervention,
- and, Any documentation of prototype/pre-release versions of the FSSP.

All requests reference the FSSP/database described in the 8/1 FLDOE press release at: http://www.fldoe.org/newsroom/latest-news/department-of-education-announces-the-florida-schools-safety-portal.stml

Note, this request explicitly excludes any personally identifiable information.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
