To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

- Any memoranda or final recommendations regarding the Program Clearinghouse's review of two proposed rehabilitative courses by Criminon.
- The application and any course material submitted by Criminon to the Florida DOC in its proposal.

For background, two elective courses by Criminon are being offered at Everglades CI, according to a recent article by the Florida Times-Union: https://www.jacksonville.com/news/20181218/church-of-scientology-is-bankrolling-courses-at-florida-prisons

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
