Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

1) Copies of all policies/guidelines/memos regarding the use of brain fingerprinting technology or other Brainwave Science (257 Turnpike Road Southborough, MA 01772) products in the investigation or prosecution of crimes.

2) Copies of all emails to/from R.J. Larizza including the phrases "brain fingerprinting" and/or "brainwave."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
