Copies of all available emails, documents and email attachments exchanged, from Jan. 1, 2016 and April 30, 2018, between officials at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the National Rifle Association.
Please search for emails containing the email domains “@nrahq.org” and “@nraila.org.” We also ask that you search for all emails exchanged with Marion Hammer.
Please understand officials to include individuals holding the following titles during the specified time period: Commissioner of Agriculture; Assistant Commissioner of Agriculture; Deputy Commissioner; Chief of Staff; Deputy Chief of Staff; Cabinet Affairs Director; Deputy Cabinet Affairs Director; and Communications Director.
Please note, we do not wish to receive copies of NRA newsletters or press releases your officials may receive.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
