FL DOC Representatives for private facilities

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

The list/record of all Department of Corrections representatives (DCR) and/or contract monitors (if the positions are occupied by different people) for each privately-run facility in the Florida DOC system. The DCR is considered part of the Institutional Classification Team (ICT) for transfer recommendations and requests made for/by inmates housed at private correctional facilities. The contract monitor, as identified by the Title XLVII, Chapter 957.04 "shall be appointed and supervised by the Department of Management Services." Please include the representatives associated with the following facilities, at the least:

• Bay Correctional Facility
• Blackwater River Correctional Facility
• Gadsden Correctional Facility
• Graceville Correctional Facility
• Lake City Youthful Offender Facility
• Moore Haven Correctional Facility
• South Bay Correctional Facility

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
