Thank you for your inquiry. Searches were conducted based on the information you provided in your public records request. Please be advised that the investigative case remains open, and active criminal intelligence information and active criminal investigative information are exempt from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.
A copy of the Affidavit for Search Warrant and Arrest Warrant are attached and have previously been released to the public. These records are provided pursuant to Florida's Public Records Law, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Portions exempt from public disclosure pursuant to the following have been deleted.
s. 119.071(5)(a)5., F.S. Social security numbers are confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.
ss. 119.0712(2)(a)-(b), F.S.
