Greetings,
what years would you like?
From: Sam
I would like all of the data sent to him as indicated in my request: "A data export was provided to Vignesh Ramachandran as indicated by an email from Angel Dollard on 11/18/2015. I would like the exact same export."
From: Florida Highway Patrol
Greetings,
We do not have records responsive to your request regarding the data export on 11/18/2015. However, this is Traffic Stop Data Reports data. If you have the years you would like to view, please provide them and we will be able to facilitate the request. Take care.
Captain Peter A. Bergstresser
From: Sam
The data export was not provided on 11/18/2015. Rather, as stated above it was indicated on that date that an export was provided - I assume it was slightly before or after. So lets say I would like a copy of all data provided to Vignesh in November of 2015. Or you may provide me with the data dictionary that was provided to Vignesh.
From: Florida Highway Patrol
Greetings,
We do not have records responsive to data provided to Vignesh in November 2015. However, we do have TSDR data that can be provided. Please let up know what years you would like us to provide.
Captain Peter A. Bergstresser
From: Sam
I would like a data dictionary that defines the fields and values in the TSDR data.
From: Florida Highway Patrol
Greetings,
Please see attached. Take care.

TSDR Data Dictionary
From: Sam
Thanks, Peter. Unless I am missing something, this dictionary does not contain information on search codes. For instance, what number indicates consent search and what number indicates search based on reasonable suspicion.
From: Florida Highway Patrol
Greetings,
I will look into this and circle back with you. Take care.
Captain Peter A. Bergstresser
From: Sam
To clarify, this is the same thing you provided to Vignesh in November 2015. It should be easily accessible and is required to understand any of the data collected by FLHP.
From: Florida Highway Patrol
Good afternoon,
We do not have a record responsive to your request reference Vignesh in November 2015 email per our records retention requirements.
Take care.
Captain Peter A. Bergstresser
From: Florida Highway Patrol
Good afternoon,
That data is not represented on the TSDR excel sheet.
Take care.
