Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

Seeking a certified copy of the complaint I filed online and all emails between the FL Dept of Law Enforcement Computer Crime Center and me; my complaint was emailed to your office in or about September 2008, concerning cyberstalking I continuously suffered while I was posting comments online at the public readers forum at the Naples Daily News website (which is now closed to the public).

I was posting as "FLCertifiedTeacher" concerning a fraud employed as superintendent, and another person, posting as screen name "gatorhater07" was constantly harassing and cyberstalking me for a year.

I later learned from a computer program I installed that this poster was sometimes posting from a public library computer located in Kennebunkport, Maine.

In addition, I learned that after he threatened me online with legal action because of information I posted on blogs I had made (which I then was publicly linking on the newspaper forum), his lawyer at said law firm came online and visited my blog -- and this turned out to be the same law firm that was hired for $40,000 by a corrupt school board majority at that time to write a report (that was used to fire the former superintendent and install the fraud superintendent).

I do now feel certain the person cyberstalking me was GH Bush, posting as "gatorhater07" -- but the FL Dept of Law Enforcement Computer Crime Center would not help me in this matter, and local law enforcement was under the control of GH Bush, and as such, I believe, was unavailable to me.

Below is one of the emails I wrote to FL Dept of Law Enforcement Computer Crime Center and one of their responses, though there are other emails:

Thank you for your email - but why do you have a complaint form on your site to receive complaints, if as you now say below -- you do not actually receive complaints? I do not know if my first reponder will bother to respond; that's why I contacted you. I would still like you to process my complaint and prosecute. Please reconsider it.

Thank you. Susan Alyn

Note I believe GH Bush chose the screen name "gatorhater07" in response to the University of Florida's faculty refusing to give Jeb Bush an education award. UF's mascot is "gator", and I believe GH "hated" them for refusing to give Jeb Bush this education award in the year "2007," if I am not mistaken. Thus, I believe "gatorhater07" was the screenname GH Bush created for himself to harass me publicly at the Naples Daily News, and I believe the editor of that newspaper, Phil Lewis, knew exactly who was cyberstalking me but let it go on and on in violation of the law.

The requested certified public record documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Sincerely,

Susan Alyn

To Whom It May Concern:

Note that MuckRock, located in Boston, MA, is, according to its website: "a collaborative news site that brings together journalists, researchers, activists, and regular citizens to request, analyze & share government documents, making politics more transparent and democracies more informed."

Consequently, as all correspondence from MuckRock concerns requests for public records, your correspondence to me is posted on the site.

Thus, I am not sure why your correspondence includes the following notice:

"CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE - The information contained in this e-mail transmission from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement is PRIVILEGED and CONFIDENTIAL. It is intended for the sole use of the person (s) or entity named. If you are not the intended recipient of this transmission, the dissemination, distribution, copying, or other use of this information may constitute a violation of §119, F. My understanding is that your correspondence to me at MuckRock would be a public record.

If that is incorrect, please cite the exemption you are applying under the Florida Sunshine Public Records law.

Thank you.

What agencies are covered under the Sunshine Law?
The Government-in-the-Sunshine Law applies to "any board or commission of any state agency or authority or of any agency or authority of any county, municipal corporation or political subdivision." Thus, it applies to public collegial bodies within the state at both the local as well as state level. It applies equally to elected or appointed boards or commissions.

When does a document sent to a public agency become a public document?
As soon as a document is received by a public agency, it becomes a public record, unless there is a legislatively created exemption which makes it confidential and not subject to disclosure.

Thank you for responding to this public records request.

I think it would have been helpful if the FL Dept of Law Enforcement had asked the Naples Daily News Editor Phil Lewis the identity of the person posting as "gatorhater07" who was cyberstalking me, because I later installed a certain program on my computer after not receiving any help from FL Dept of Law enforcement, and learned that poster was sometimes posting from a public library computer located in Kennebunkport, Maine. For various reasons, I now believe it was GH Bush who was cyberstalking me.

My local law enforcement in Naples Florida where I resided at the time is not going to travel to Maine to arrest GH Bush. But someone should have done so.

He was harassing me because I now know I am a witness to his cover up of certain financial fraud he engaged in with regard to a publicly held advertising agency, and he is mad at me that I refused to help cover up his crimes.

That is what I believe, based on many years of facts and evidence not disclosed here on this thread. Yes, GH Bush is a cyberstalker.

Thank you again.
