Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
I am writing to request all correspondence between AG Bondi, or any member of her staff, and Marion Hammer, or Florida Carry Inc., or the 2nd Amendment Foundation. The correspondence should concern the Regulation of Firearms and Ammunition statute (https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2011/0045) or the following individuals: John Marks, Nancy Miller, Andrew Gillum, or Gil Ziffer. The records should fall within the following timeframe: January 1, 2014 - January 11, 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
