Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
- All communications between the Executive Office of the Governor of Florida and Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel, including any sent from a private email address concerning government business, between February 14, 2018 and February 26, 2018.
- All communications to Florida Governor Rick Scott originating from the domain "@sheriff.org" between February 14, 2018 and February 26, 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
