Our initial search has found over 8,000 items potentially responsive to your request. An item identifies an email, attachment, meeting invitation, etc., and each item could result in multiple pages. All responsive pages require review for exempt and/or confidential information.

The Executive Office of the Governor is committed to public transparency and compliance with Florida’s Sunshine laws, and we will work to process your request as quickly as possible. Using our hourly rates for estimated legal review and staff resources for 8,450 items with no attachments, the total cost is $2,044.94. You would be required to pay 50% of this as an initial labor deposit which would come out to $1,022.47. However, your request did result in emails with attachments meaning there would be an additional cost. If you would like an official labor deposit for the exact amount this would cost, our office would need to convert the 8,450 items into page numbers with attachments included. To do so for this amount of items would take an significant amount of time with our software. Again, you are welcome to narrow the scope of your request at any time.
