Please provide records, logs, data, transcripts and recordings of all calls to 911 wherein officers or emergency workers were summoned to the Central Arizona Detention Center located at 1155 North Pinal Parkway

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As you put 911 calls those are all that I have pulled. We do not have any law calls for service that came in as 911. There are however several Medical calls that came in as 911. There are approximately 1794 calls for service. I have spoken with the dispatch supervisor and she advised me the system only keeps recordings for 3 months, therefore we will not be able to provide recordings.

There is a $6.00 fee per report for copies. We are willing to bill the same as the Town Clerk's office, which is .50 per page, as there won't be an officer's report. Using a base of one page per report, the minimum would start at $897. If you are willing to pay the fee I will begin to process the request.

Thanks so much for your work on this. To lower the cost could we limit the search to the last three months instead of all of 2019? I'm happy to jump on the phone to talk this over if that will make things easier.

Hello,

All recordings are placed on cd, there will be a $24.00 fee for each cd used. All other information from the calls will be printed out with the .50 fee per page. I do not know at this time what the estimated fee will be. I will begin the records request as soon as you notify me you are willing to pay the fees.

There are 10 calls that came in 911, so for the cds it will be $240. Any printed pages will be .50 per page and it is safe to say there will be at least 1 page per report. Beginning estimate will be approximately $245.00.
