Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All documents pertaining to Clearview AI (https://clearview.ai/). This should include - but is not limited to - the following:
- Any bids, quotes, purchase orders, and/or RFPs for Clearview AI's products and/or services
- Any MOUs for Clearview AI's products and/or services
- Any internal briefs and/or memos referencing Clearview AI's products and/or services
- Any use guides, FAQs, and/or manuals for Clearview AI's products and/or services
- Any documents highlighting internal use cases for Clearview AI's products and/or services
- Any use policies and/or data retention polices for Clearview AI's products and/or services
- A copy of all emails to any agency staff from an address within the *@clearview.ai domain
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have provided all publically available records responsive to your request. The Public Records Act exempts from disclosure files when disclosure would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, such as personnel, medical, or similar files. In the records we disclosed, we have redacted private information, such as social security numbers, addresses, and telephone numbers. The Public Records Act also exempts investigate case files from disclosure, including officer narratives, notes, and crime scene photographs.
