John R. Tyson Plea Agreement

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like a copy of the plea agreement with John R. Tyson, 32, from Jan. 24, 2023. (He was arrested on charges of public intoxication and criminal trespass on 11/6/22.)
I would also like a copy of the sentencing agreement including the break down of the fines he was asked to pay, from Jan. 24, 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
