The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Sincerely,
Samuel Sinyangwe

There is a possibility of fees being assessed. With the amount of information being sought, I believe this will take approximately two hours. According to NDCC, the first hour is free, and any additional work after that on the request is $25.00 an hour. Depending on your answer to the below question, the amount of time could be increased significantly.
I have a question about # 5. Are you wanting criminal conduct alleged against officers or alleged criminal conduct made by any citizen?

There will not be an invoice. I was mistaken in the data you wanted. There will not be a charge. Here you go.
