Hi Ms. Bouchard,
Does the Fall River City Council discuss union negotiations, litigation, personnel disputes, etc, in open session? It seems extremely unlikely to me that any city council could go five years without having to enter into executive session once. Are you sure that's accurate? Thanks!

Good morning Caitlin. I just left a voicemail for you.
I apologize if my response was confusing. The Fall River City Council has never entered into executive session for any reason. Although they have the ability to do so under the guidelines of the law, they have never chosen to do so.
