To Whom It May Concern:

Provision 17.1 of the "FAIRFAX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE INMATE COMMUNICATION SERVICES AGREEMENT" with Smart Communications (see attached "inmate_communications_agreement_excerpt.png") gives "up to 8 individuals" the ability to attend the Smart Communications "Annual Training Summit." The details of the summit are described in "response_to_RFP202001_excerpt.png" (attached).

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
- Itineraries, daily schedules, and correspondence relating to members of the Fairfax County Sheriff's Office attending the Smart Communications Annual Training Summit in 2020, 2021, 2022, or plans to do so in 2023.
- Documents produced by Smart Communications and received by members of the Fairfax County Sheriff's Office relating to the Smart Communications Annual Training Summit in 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023.
- Multimedia such as photographs or videos received by the Fairfax County Sheriff’s office relating to the Smart Communications Annual Training Summit in 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
