Hello. You indicated that there are no responsive documents to this request. It would be extremely odd for officers not to be represented by a union, and therefore the existence of a collective bargaining agreement between the officers representatives (the union) and their employer (their department). It would also be equally as odd for the employer not to possess a current copy of the collective bargaining agreement.

Based on information found online, it appears as though there is a Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #77 created to serve officers in Fairfax County. I wanted to follow-up to confirm that the county is not in possession of any collective bargaining agreements (contracts) between the county and the Fraternal Order of Police (national or local level).

Please see the links below for more information on this specific police union. It is unclear if Lodge #77 is a Labor or Fraternal union.

Mr. Nash,

Your follow up letter in regards to 20-FOIA-449, as previously stated Virginia is a right to work state therefore there is no known collective bargaining agreement between Fairfax County and the Union.
