Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All emails within possession of email accounts of any City Manager, Director of Public Works, and Chief of Police of the City dated between January 1st 2020 to May 17th 2021 that contain the following keywords:

"Homeless""Unhoused""Shelterless""Anchor out""Recreational Vehicle" "RV" "Encampment Cleanup" "Tent""transient"

As well the above mentioned, I request emails that to the best of the memory of the most current City Manager, Chief of Police, and Director of Public Works where they requested an eviction moratorium, attempted to stop an encampment cleanup, or destruction of boat homes in Richardson Bay, or intervened in any way with any law enforcement actions against low income or unhoused communities.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
