Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Emails and Records related to complaints or grievances from District Support Service Center staff about mistreatment, harassment, misconduct by supervisors, leads, disagreements about job requirements. Include any HR emails or records, any Director emails, Supervisor emails related to this subject. From 2016 to 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Sites,
On behalf of the district's Public Records Officer Simone Neal, and pursuant to RCW 42.56.520, this email acknowledges receipt of the public records request you submitted to the Mukilteo School District on December 8, 2022. Specifically, you requested:
"Emails and Records related to complaints or grievances from District Support Service Center staff about mistreatment, harassment, misconduct by supervisors, leads, disagreements about job requirements. Include any HR emails or records, any Director emails, Supervisor emails related to this subject. From 2016 to 2022."
The district is processing your request. The district anticipates that the first installment of records responsive to your request will be available no later than March 1, 2023. This additional time is necessary, per RCW 42.56.520, to locate and assemble the information requested, to determine whether any of the information you requested is exempt from public disclosure and produce a corresponding exemption log, and to notify any third party affected by the request. As documents responsive to your request are ready for disclosure, they will be provided to you.
