Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

For all government email accounts in use by the City of Evanston, please provide the following information for all emails with "@ice.dhs.gov" senders or recipients between January 1, 2017 and April 30, 2017:

1. From address
2. To address
3. cc addresses
4. bcc addresses
5. Date
6. Time
7. Subject

The data should be delivered in a standard machine-readable format such as CSV or Excel file.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
