Hello,

I'm writing to follow up with request #18-539 regarding "Records sufficient to show the method or methods used by the City of Evanston to store and search government email records. This could include, but should not be limited to: screenshots, user manuals, documentation, emails, and/or database schemas. Please include at least one example of a search text (including Boolean operators, if supported) of this email system."

I see maybe my request was confusing. Does the City use Google Email? Microsoft? Some other system?

Can you please provide a screenshot of the interface used to search email records?

Best,
William Pierce
