Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

1. The transcript of the press conference.
2. Any and all written statements, notes, scripts, memos, documents and reports used by Chief Cook at the press conference.
3. Any and all written statements, notes, scripts, memos, documents and reports used by City Manager Erika Storlie at the press conference.
4. Audio and video recordings of the press conference.
5. Emails between Chief Cook and Cmdr. Brian Henry related to the press conference and the posting of mugshots to Snapchat from February 17, 2020 to present.
6. Emails between Chief Cook and City Manager Erika Storlie related to the press conference and the posting of mugshots to Snapchat from February 17, 2020 to present.
7. Emails between Chief Cook and Cmdr. Ryan Glew related to the press conference and posting of mugshots to Snapchat from from February 17, 2020 to present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
