Thank you for your response.

The attached ~WRD000 document is corrupt and could not be opened.

- I am still waiting for Officer Benjamin Straw’s investigation and follow up report on the Directed Energy Poppers, that he witnessed and heard. As former Military Police, he knew exactly what they were. He asked me if I knew where they were coming from.

- I requested a copy of the handwritten police call log page, that would document and identify the “concerned neighbor” call to the Police Department.

- I told Officer Benjamin Straw, that I could not have left the car door open, because I took the lawn guy home (about 15 blocks away), the day before on Friday May 16. I came right home; I didn't stop at the store; I didn't stop anywhere. I certainly did not drive home with the passenger side door open and I certainly closed my driver's side door. If the driver's side door would have been open; it would have blocked the sidewalk. AND the battery would have been dead by the next day. AAA would have a call record for that jump. There was no 'AAA jump'. The car battery was not dead. I do not believe the car door was left open.

But there has been lots of flagrant harassment and vandalism.

To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, originally submitted on Dec. 13, 2016. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.

The attached ~WRD000 document is corrupt and could not be opened.

- I am still waiting for Officer Benjamin Straw’s investigation and follow up report on the Directed Energy Poppers, that he witnessed and heard, that were directed into my backyard while he was standing there with me.

- As former Military Police, he knew exactly what they were. He asked me if I knew where they were coming from.

- Please send a copy of the handwritten police call log page, that would document and identify the “concerned neighbor” call to the Borough of Etna Police Department.

- I told Officer Benjamin Straw, that I could not have left the car door open, because I took the lawn guy home (about 15 blocks away), the day before on Friday May 16. I came right home; I did not stop at the store; I did not stop anywhere. I certainly did not drive home with the passenger side door ajar. And I certainly closed my driver's side door. If the driver's side door would have been open for ‘over 24-hours; it would have blocked the sidewalk. AND the battery would have been dead by the next day afternoon. AAA would have a call record for a dead battery jump. There was no AAA 'dead battery jump'. The car battery was not dead.

- I do not believe the car door was left ajar. It was a made up, false, fabricated story, with the intent to cast a shadow of incompetency.

- There have been lots of documented flagrant harassment and property vandalism.

- This Freedom of Information request was originally filed on 12/13/2016. Please comply to the Freedom of Information request in its entirety.

Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

This is a repeated request, which the Borough has the right to deny repeated requests, and this request with the same number is asking for additional information on top of the original request.

In response, the Borough submitted all information to the original request of 12/13/2016 via email on 12/14/2016 and then hard mailed that same information after repeated emails stating that the document could not be opened on December 21, 2016 to Muckrock, 411A Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA 02144-2516

As to additional info now being requested, a separate request for different information should be submitted but in response, there are no handwritten notes, as to the “concerned neighbor” those calls do not come to the Borough of Etna and we do not have ownership of those records. Calls to 911 go to the Allegheny County 911 Emergency Center.
