- Please provide Mary Ellen Ramage’s work history, including a history of title(s), under her current name and prior name(s), while working for the Borough of Etna government and for any of Borough of Etna business affairs, either elected or non-elected, paid or unpaid or in any other capacity.
- Please provide the salary history, any remuneration or any other consideration and benefits package to date, while she has been married to and prior to marrying Peter Ramage and/or while using prior name(s), while employed by the Borough of Etna and while representing any of Borough of Etna business affairs.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

As stated twice yesterday – after repeated requests for two different Right to Know documents – which were police incident reports, I have provided them in hard copy to Muckrock. In 1979, married – August 1, 1979, name change to Mary Ellen Iannuzzi
Divorced in 1990, name legally changed back to Mary Ellen Cavlovic
Married August 1, 1997, became Mary Ellen Ramage
