To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Please provide a full and complete list of all TTWS (Through-The-Wall-Sensor) Doppler RADAR, micro-Doppler RADAR and/or pulsed RADAR, a full and complete list of all stepped-frequency, continuous-wave (CW) RADAR, a full and complete list of all ultra-wide band (UWB) RADAR and / or a full and complete list of the combination of these and any other intentional radiator and radiolocator sensors and devices that Etna Borough, Etna Borough Police, Etna Borough Fire Departments have as equipment.

- Please provide a copy of each of these devices’ respective FCC licensed and allowable frequency operating band(s), including the WARNING sections from the FCC licensing documents.

- Also please provide a copy of each of these devices’ accompanying Manufacturer User and Instruction Manual(s), including the WARNING sections of the Manual(s).

- Also please provide a copy of each devices’ accompanying FCC Manual(s) that regulates the use of the above intentional radiator and radiolocator sensors / devices, including the WARNING sections of the Manual(s).

- Also please provide the line item in the Borough of Etna BUDGET for each individual intentional radiator and radiolocator sensor / device, including the date purchased and the cost to the taxpayers. If the device(s) were acquired by using grant monies or were gifted, please show that portion for the acquisition also, of the above TTWS equipment.

- Since all intentional radiators and radiolocators, also known as TTWS (Through-The-Wall-Sensors), are known to use biologically damaging, DNA damaging, DNA unraveling and cancer causing radiofrequencies, please list the training for the personnel who are authorized to sign out and / or who have in their possession and use any of these TTWS sensor devices and equipment.

- Also please provide a copy of the legal control, citing the authority legislation for the ‘CHAIN OF CUSTODY’ to use these TTWS devices as required, and the allowable use protocol of all of the TTWS intentional radiator and radiolocator devices and equipment as described above, and are used by and / or are within Etna Borough, Etna Borough Police, Etna Borough Fire Departments’ personnel possession.

- Please provide a copy of the ‘CHAIN OF CUSTODY’ sign-out sheet for any and all TTWS intentional radiators and radiolocator sensor devices and equipment as described above and is being used by Etna Borough, Etna Borough Police, Etna Borough Fire Departments and / or is in any of its personnel possession.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
