Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, ยง10, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the Essex County District Attorney's "Seized Fund Logbook."
I also request that all fees be waived as I am a journalist -- employed by the Boston Globe and MuckRock -- and intend to use the requested information to educate the public.
I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Just a note to say we are working on your Sept. 25 records request for a "Seized Fund Logbook." We will unable to produce responsive records by this Sunday, but anticipate doing so by next week.
