Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to Escondido contract with Sungard to purchase Sungard TRAKit software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The City of Escondido is in receipt of your public records request for information pertaining to documents related to the contract with Sungard to purchase Sungard TRAKit software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered. After research and analysis, staff identified 579 pages of responsive records. The fee for copies is $86.85 for approximately 579 pages ($0.15 per page).
If you would like to schedule a time with me to review the assembled documents before copies are made, please do not hesitate to contact me. Otherwise, please submit the copying fees in the sum of $86.85 for 579 pages. Once the copying fee has been received, copies will be made and you will be notified when the documents are ready to be picked up. If you would like the documents mailed to you directly; please make the appropriate arrangements with me.

I was able to locate minutes, resolutions, and a staff report regarding TRAKit. These are available electronically and I’ve attached them to this email. The minutes show that the item was approved originally in July 22, 1998. Please let me know if this provides the information that you need.
If not, please submit the copying fee of $86.85 for 579 pages of responsive records. If you would like the documents mailed, please make arrangements with me before mailing the fee. Thank you.
