Mark Poloncarz Suspicious Package - Rath Building

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

On June 11, 2019, Kevin Riford submitted the following FOIL request to the Erie County Sheriff's Office via email - kevinrif@protonmail.com to John.Greenan@erie.gov

"On March 14, 2019, the Rath Building located in Erie County was put on alert due to a suspicious package hand-delivered to the office of Mark Poloncarz. Was the Erie County Sheriff's Office called to assist with this suspicious package? What was found inside the package? Who delivered the package?"

Please provide the following records:

1.) A copy of the aforementioned June 11, 2019 FOIL request submitted by Kevin Riford

2.) A copy of any and all records provided by the Erie County Sheriff's Office in response to the aforementioned FOIL request

3.) A copy of any and all responses by the Erie County Sheriff's Office in response to the aforementioned FOIL request

If redactions are made, please redact in the color black.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
