Pursuant to the Erie County Budget adopted for 2019, Book A https://www2.erie.gov/budget/sites/www2.erie.gov.budget/files/uploads/pdfs/2019-Adopted-Budget-Book-A.pdf lists professional services expenditures in the following amounts for the following fund centers:

- Homeland Security & Emergency Services - Fund Center 16700
- 2019 Actual:: 7700
- Central Police Services - Fund Center 16500
- 2019 Actual:: 50800
- Jail Management Division - Fund Center 116
- 2019 Actual:: 242400
- Correctional Health Services Division - Fund Center 11650
- 2019 Actual:: 2718812
- Police Services Division - Fund Center 11510
- 2019 Actual:: 141200
- Youth Detention - Fund Center 12520
- 2019 Actual:: 2900000

Please provide the list of companies/contractors that these funds were spent on, including amounts and brief description of services rendered such as "nursing and care," "building maintenance," or "active shooter training" for the services.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
