Englewood Police Records for Ability School (Scientology School)

Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

All police records, call logs and/or incident reports generated since January 1, 2000 pertaining to the private school located at 75 Knickerbocker Rd, Englewood, NJ 07631 and the adjacent address for the same property at 192 W Demarest Ave, Englewood, NJ 07631. This school is currently registered with the state as "Ability School, Inc." but has also operated under the business name "Apple Ability School" for the given addresses.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest due to the the numerous controversies related to the controversial "Applied Scholastics" curriculum based on Scientology education principles being taught that has been reported in the press. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Thank you for the prompt response to my OPRA request. Unfortunately, the later half of the file attached to your response on July 9th appears to be corrupt and I'm unable to view multiple pages. Would it possible for you to resend a partial file starting with page 47 in the original file?

Dear Ms. Vaarst:

Thank you for the addition file in response to my OPRA request. I was able to read this additional response just fine. However, I still appear to be missing one page from where the original file you sent me cut off.

There is 2 page report for Incident # 1-2015-022732 dated 07/05/2015 that began with page 1 of 2 on page 46 of the original file. And page 2 of 2 wasn't included in the second file you sent me.

Would it be be possible to bother you one last time to check and see if the second page of this incident report was included in the records released for my request, and if so could you please forward it your convenience?
