Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting a copy of the preliminary autopsy results sent to JP Bill Woody Tuesday morning, including the cause and manner of death, for Terri Leann "Missy" Bevers, 45. Judge Woody pronounced her death and ordered an autopsy around 5 a.m. on Monday morning.

Final result of autopsy has not yet been communicated to the Court.

The preliminary report is unchanged.

It could be as much as 6 weeks to several months before the final is
received by the JP court.
