Elko County Request

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking the following records pertaining to the Elko County Sheriff's Office and the Elko County Planning and Zoning Department.

- A record of public records requests submitted to each agency that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and the County's response for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018.

- Records of policies/procedures relating to the processing of public records requests, for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018. We are interested in obtaining the policies for each agency that were in force during those years, if they have their own policies, as well as the county’s policy.

- Records of total direct revenue and expenses (i.e., not including overhead) relating to the processing of public records requests at each agency in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

- Current schedule of fees relating to the processing of public records requests at each agency.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
