Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking records or reports related to the “accidental” self-inflicted wound gunshot of a Custom Special Agent, Office of Internal Affairs at a restaurant somewhere near FCI El Reno in March 1986…The agent name is Claude Smith he was with SA Arnold Schlagel

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Cassidy,

Are you able to supply any additional information? During that time frame, all reports or radio logs were in paper format. I was a Patrol Officer during that time frame and do no recall this incident.
Due to the time length (37 years), we are not aware if any records or report would be available. Any additional information you could provide would aid us in searching for any possible remaining records or documents.
