Dear MuckRock Reporter,

Your OPRA request was forwarded to me for a response.

Egg Harbor Township did not submit a formal proposal to Amazon for HQ2 in response to their RFP.

Atlantic County Economic Alliance (ACEA) solicited Atlantic County municipalities for their interest in being home to HQ2. Egg Harbor Township submitted their expression of interest to them. ACEA reviewed submissions from Atlantic County municipalities and they then submitted their proposal to New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA). The EDA then reviewed all applications they received from the 21 NJ Counties and they selected 4 municipalities to submit to Amazon in response to their RFP for HQ2.

The material submitted to ACEA were prepared by me with no outside assistance or expenditures of funds.
