To Whom It May Concern,

I wanted to let you know that I am in receipt of your records request. Unfortunately, I am currently out of the office in training until July 5th and will be unable to respond to you in detail until my return. However, I can say that while our agency has looked at some of the referenced products, we do not currently use any such software, and will not have any records responsive to your request other than #3. I will follow-up on that item in early July.

From: Schiess, Jason

I responded to the original request on June 12th (attached), indicating that I was out of the office until July 5th and would respond to item #3 upon my return. I plan on having that completed for you by Friday, July 22nd. Thank you for your patience.

From: Schiess, Jason

Attached are all the items I have in response to item #3 below. This concludes all the records responsive to the email request from June 3, 2016. Thank you.

Jason, Thanks so much. Do you happen to have these in another format? PDF?

From: Schiess, Jason

Unfortunately not. The records themselves are email correspondence, not PDFs.
