Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
the price of licenses for any electronic form software purchased by the City in the last five years
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good afternoon,
I am writing in response to your request for public records.
The City does not maintain a record of the price of licenses for electronic form software and as such we are unable to provide the records you have requested. The City does keep copies of invoices paid as required by law and we would be happy to provide those to you. Therefore, if you would like to modify your request in order to receive those documents please feel free to do so.

Ms. Mah,
Please consider the response below the official response to your public records request as required by RCW 42.56. We have begun pulling together the documents requested but due to the way the City has the documents categorized it will take significantly longer than anticipated to pull the information requested.
We anticipate having the majority of the research done by Friday December 11th and have a preliminary delivery date of Friday, December 18th. We will make these available to you in electronic form if at all possible.
If there will be any further delay in obtaining the records we will advise you on or before December 18th.
