PCI Compliance audits of getipass.com

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting the name of the company the Illinois Tollway used for any PCI Compliance audits that have already been completed during 2018.

I am also requesting a copy of the results of the PCI Compliance audits were the audit has already been completed during 2018.

Any discussion of opinion, formulation of policy and formulation of action is not part of the scope of this request. I am simply looking for any results of the PCI Compliance scan.

I am requesting electronic copies in Portable Document Format (PDF) as that is the most common format used for PCI Compliance audit. If the Illinois Tollway requires they be provided in a different format, please let me know.

I am also requesting a fee waiver. The website getipass.com is used to collect credit card information from the general public. The purpose of this request is to get details to what degree the Illinois Tollway is protecting the confidentiality of those credit card details.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
