Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to request copies of any records pertaining to the investigation, arrest, and trial of Dewey Green from Pelham, Georgia. I am searching for audio or video of interrogations, interviews, dispatch records, 911 calls, as well as any other material related to the investigation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

The following is in response to your Open Records request, received by Chief of Police, Gary Sparks, regarding information about Mr. Dewey Green's case . A search was made and NO trial record or 911 call or recording found. However, there was one case file and one accident report found. Due to the volume, we are unable to supply this information within the three day period. If you decide that you need the accident report, this department will need a Statement of Need. The estimated cost of these records will be no more than $25 and should be ready by September 8, 2017.
