Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- A record of public records requests submitted to the department that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and the department's response for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018.
- Records of policies/procedures relating to the processing of public records requests, for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018.
- Records of total direct revenue and expenses (i.e., not including overhead) relating to the processing of public records requests in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
- Current schedule of fees relating to the processing of public records requests.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Economic Vitality does not maintain a list of public records requests; the record that you requested does not exist.
