Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years.

Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)?
b. What is the annual cost for this software?
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin?
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?

If there are any fees required to fulfill this request, please let me know in advance of fulfilling my request.

Good morning Arie,

I have received your below public records request dated June 11, 2020 which was received by our office on June 12, 2020 requesting release of records related to documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years. We do not currently nor have we used any procurement software for electronic signature for the RFI, RFQ, or RFP process in the last 5 years. We currently manually manage the process for contracts requiring a RFI, RFQ, or RFP.

It is the policy of the County to be as transparent as possible and provide all reasonable assistance to satisfy your request for records.

If after you have reviewed these records you have any questions or believe the County's response is incomplete, please contact me immediately. We can discuss any errors you believe were made in the County's response. I am confident I can address any concerns you may have.
