Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all documents, emails, memorandum, and reports from Nov.6-8, 2018 concerning the midterm elections and problems at Douglas County voting precincts.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I can definitely narrow down my request! I'm fine with just getting emails from Nov. 6-8 concerning the midterm elections and problems at Douglas County voting precincts. I would like my documents to be sent in a digital format, especially if that helps in lowering the cost.

I will coordinate with Voter Registration to see what records may be responsive; to be sure I understand and I am asking for the correct materials, do you want any email concerning the midterm elections, and emails related to problems with the voting precincts, or do you want any emails that are related to problems with the voting precincts? I want to make sure I put in the correct search parameters in our email archiving system. Thanks!

I am working to process your request, but am hoping that you can help me by identifying email address and accounts to be searched to identify documents responsive to your request. If you can also identify key words it will help produce results that are relevant to your request. I have searched records using parameters intended to assist, but there were an incredible number of unresponsive documents which would take significant time and cost to review, and which may not contain records relevant to your search.
